Free shipping on all orders over $300. A delivery charge of $8 will be applied to purchases under $300. Shipping is through NZ Post and all parcels are tracked.

In store pickup is also available. You will receive a notification once it's ready for collection. If you wish to collect your items on the day you make your purchase please call us first as not all our stock is stored on site.

In store and online our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or a credit.

No refunds are available.
Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses
(customs fees, etc) cannot be refunded. All shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.
