Returns and Exchanges

In store and online our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or a credit.

Orders can not be cancelled after they have been made.

No refunds are available.
Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (customs fees, etc) cannot be refunded. All shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.

We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, sale items, special orders (items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).

All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for credit or exchange. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes and or vouchers, in store and/or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount.

If you wish to return a full price product purchased online, it can be returned for an exchange or credit (not refund) provided that your item is returned unused, unaltered and with the original tags, in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required to return an item.

How to return an Online Order;

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for
  3. Select the items that you want to return
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. If you wish to make an exchange the please detail the item and size you wish to order as replacement.
  5. Click "Submit request"

If your return request is approved then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, if you did not request an exchange your account will be credited.

Giftcards and Vouchers are not refundable.

Sale items; Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items; Faulty items are sent back to the supplier for assessment. Where required the item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the supplier. We will only refund if the original product/s are out of stock. 

Gifts; If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver must arrange the return.
