In store pickup
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection. Fulfilment usually takes 24-48 hours. If you wish to collect your items on the day you make your purchase please call us first as not all our stock is stored on site.
Ensure a safe delivery
When requesting delivery to a business address, please include the company name. Ensure the delivery address is secure to prevent parcel interception. The risk for purchased goods transfers to you upon delivery to the provided address. EnCompass is not responsible for orders lost or missing after the carrier confirms delivery. Any risk associated with leaving goods unattended is borne by you.
For shipping within New Zealand
Free shipping on all orders over $300.00. A delivery charge of $8.00 will be applied to purchases under $300.00. Shipping is through NZ post and all parcels are tracked, signature not required.
For shipping to Australia
- · NZ Post International Air Tracked: $20 with a delivery target of 8-12 working days.
- · DHL Express Worldwide Non Doc: charges and delivery target calculated at checkout.
- · All orders over $400 must use DHL Express Worldwide Non Doc.
We charge New Zealand GST on all orders. We cannot be responsible for any customs or import charges on your order once it reaches Australia. We cannot be responsible for any loss or delivery complications once it leaves New Zealand.
International shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia
- · NZ Post International Air Tracked: $45 with a delivery target of 8-16 working days.
- · DHL Express Worldwide Non Doc: charges and delivery target calculated at checkout
- · All orders over $400 must use DHL Express Worldwide Non Doc.
Please note in some parts of the world post and freight is severely impacted by shipping disruptions and delivery may take longer.
