Our website remains available to shop and parcels will be despatched according to NZ Posts health and safety guidelines. Please be patient at this time as shipping may take longer than would usually be expected.
‘Click and Collect’ is available.
For shipping within New Zealand;
We offer free shipping on all orders over $300.00. A delivery charge of $5.00 will be applied to purchases under $300.00
You can also now shop online and collect from the store. If you wish to collect your items on the day you make your purchase please call us first as not all our stock is stored on site.
For shipping to Australia;
You can choose International Courier for $35 with the delivery target of 2-3 working days, or International Air Tracked for $20 which has a delivery target of 3-6 working days. We charge New Zealand GST on all orders. We cannot be responsible for any customs or import charges on your order once it reaches Australia. Shipping is through NZ Post.
International shipping outside of New Zealand and Australia;
Delivery to the rest of the world is as follows;
International Courier is $65 with the delivery target of 4-6 working days.
International Air Tracked is $45 with the delivery target of 6-10 working days.
Please note in some parts of the world post and freight is severely impacted by pandemic related lockdowns and delivery may take longer.
We cannot be responsible for any customs or import charges on your order once it reaches the destination country. We charge New Zealand GST on all orders. Shipping is through NZ Post.
Returns and Exchanges
In store and online our policy lasts 12 days. If 12 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or a credit. No refunds are available. Sale items can not be returned.
Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (customs fees, etc) cannot be refunded. All shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.
We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, sale items, special orders (items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).
All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for credit or exchange. This includes any discounts gained from promotional codes and or vouchers, in store and/or online sales, flash sales or any other form of discount.
If you wish to return a full price product purchased online, it can be returned for an exchange or credit (not refund) provided that your item is returned unused, unaltered and with the original tags, in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required to return an item.
How to return a product;
Please email us at email@example.com. If you would like to exchange a garment for another size we can hold the required size (if available) while your return is being sent.
Once your return is received we will process the exchange or credit within 48 hours (excluding weekend and public holidays). We will notify you via email when this has been processed.
Giftcards and Vouchers are not refundable.
Sale items; Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items; Faulty items are sent back to the supplier for assessment. Where required the item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the supplier. We will only refund if the original product/s are out of stock.
Gifts; If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver must arrange the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Payments are processed through the secure Windcave Payment Express system. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the Windcave system. No credit card information is stored by us and Payment Express protects personal information – at a minimum – to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”)
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
